Looking for templates to make old gingerbread cutouts?

My grandmother hada gingerbread recipe she made out of an old magazine that required painting the cutouts after they were cooked. There was a sun, moon, man, woman, st nick, village, simple house. I am now looking for those patterns so that i can make them for my children.

  If you find a European, even better German store close to where you live, you will be able to find cookie cutters in all possible shapes and sizes. Santa Claus, reindeers, stars, moon, sun,animals, etc. It is a european tradition to serve those at christams time. But I think those cookies are good all year round
